How do I add/edit a Student?
A Super Admin, Champion or Location Manager can add/edit a student log in.
How do I add/edit a Location?
Only Super Admin’s and Champions can add or edit a location.
Can I change a student's email?
Admins can not change student emails, as required by law, under the current COPPA restrictions.
How do I access the student data?

To access individual student data:

Select the location, then select the location manager, and click a student to view progress.

General platform data is accessible on the dashboard.

How do I add a champion?

To add a champion you must be a Super Admin.

If you are a Super Admin to add a champion go to the left hand menu and select champions. In the right hand corner there is a create button. This allows you to create a champion account.

How do I access completion certificates?
Only students may access or print completion certificates.
How do I switch languages?
The option to switch languages is in the top right hand corner of every page. Select EN for English or ES for Spanish.
How can I monitor student progress?
To access individual student data select the location, then the location manager, and select a student to view progress.
Can I view the other locations?
Only Super Admins and Champions can view the other locations.
How do I set or reset a student password?
Go to the Student Form. There you will have the option to change a student avatar, email, password, age, grade & gender.
How do I get captions to stay on with the iPhone or iPad?
Unfortunately, Apple forces us to use the iOS default player and iOS accessibility settings. That results in the captions not staying on. To keep captions turned on go to "Settings > General > Accessibility > Subtitles & Captioning” and turn on the captions toggle. How do I reset a Champion who has had their account blocked from too many password attempts or lost password?
Under "Users" click "Admins". Search for the users account and click "Edit". Reset their password via the password reset form. The user can also do this on the login page by clicking "Forgot Password.
How do I setup email notifications for student completion certificates?
Go to "Locations", find the location with the student body you are managing. Then enter each email address under "EMAIL PROGRAM COMPLETION STUDENT INFORMATION" one line at a time. Click "Save Location"
How can I edit copy/text on the Student or Admin side of ASPIRE?
To edit copy for ASPIRE, go to the "Content" section of the Admin menu and click on "Pages". From there, you will see a list of all copy areas for the Student side of ASPIRE. To switch to the Admin copy, click "Switch to Admin" in the upper right hand corner. To edit copy on either side, click on the Page Key of choice and find the specific copy you want to edit. Edit the text for the various languages, leaving the key name as-is. Then, click "Save Page".
